Why this matters

Remote teams come apart quietly.

People stop talking unless there is a meeting about work, and by the time anyone notices, someone has already left.

The fix is small and well known: a short session, half an hour, run by someone who knows how to hold a room. The problem has never been the fix. It is that companies have no idea where to find you.

What we need from you

  1. Ten minutes to create your profile. Who you are, what you run, what you charge, when you are free.
  2. A short video of you running something. This matters more than anything else you send. Phone footage is fine: we want to see you with a group, not a showreel. In English or Italian.
  3. A price you would be happy to be booked at. Not your best case. The real one.
